All items are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order (unless it is a special order or personalized – engraving or sizing). We use UPS ground shipping for our standard shipping methods and anticipate delivery within 1-2 business days within those states that border Pennsylvania. Express shipping options are also available at an additional cost.

It is important to us that you, or the person who receives it, is 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any merchandise that has not been altered, engraved or customized for a refund, credit or exchange. Merchandise returned must be in its original condition. We can refund the amount back on to the card used to purchase the piece or put that amount on to a Moyer Jewelers gift card.

No, not all of our products are online. We have over 2,000 items on line but have even more in store. Due to certain designer regulations we are not permitted to put all of our jewelry online.
